What a long strange trip it’s been!!! I was born in the state of Vermont and lived there through my entire childhood. What a great experience it was growing up in Vermont. GREAT music scene, especially during my era. Bands were playing everything from punk, jazz, blues, funk, rock, soul, reggae, you name it! I got involved with many bands through the years and have played numerous styles of music. However, I am a rocker at heart!
The high school days were the best, we had about 12 bands formed out of kids in our school (Vermont is not very exciting, making out and making music pretty much filled my time!) Some of my best memories were the “Battles of the Bands” we had annually. It was so much fun and if you won, bragging rights for a year! Played in numerous bands during these years, doing mostly covers and dabbling in original music.
After high school I wanted more and moved to California. Nice place, weird people! I felt like I was on Mars. Finally found a band there that played beach style music (not really my thing, but VERY popular at the time). Made a bunch of money as we were really good and booked constantly. But I really did not like the Cali lifestyle so I came back east.
Since this time I have had kids, been married (and divorced), and put music on the back burner for years. Now that my kids are older, the rocker in me is back! I am so excited by what we are doing in King George and have a great chemistry with these guys. We are as our my space site says “4 guys who just love music”! Hope you like what you hear, we are passionate about it, come see us live, we’ll be looking for you!
